Look, I’m not a Biblical scholar, but I do know that Leviticus and Deuteronomy were in the old testament before Christ was born, therefore before Christianity.
If the old testament doesn’t count, why do Christians refer to it at all? Why not have a “Christian Bible” composed only of the New Testament (the Jesus parts)?

And what do you suppose a “Christian Stance” on homosexuality is based on? Leviticus 18:22 “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.”
So which is it? Christians are either neutral on the issue of gays (just like Jesus) or they pick and choose the parts of the Old Testament they need to persecute, and even kill those they don’t find favorable.
