We all understand that a minority of weirdoes taint and tarnish the real message. I get that, but we seem to be going over and over the fact that these flakes are out there amongst us. They are. But no matter what you do or say, folks on the left will paint everyone with the same brush. As I’ve written here many times before - the positions of normal conservative libertarian types and the far right whack jobs are deceivingly close on the surface. I don’t expect people on the left to look any deeper than that unfortunately. I wish they could distinguish between the two but I’ve learned to accept the fact they will not.
