We-e-ell…

What they’ll say is they weren’t talking about KILLING Muslims, but rather DEPORTING them, which would take a considerable force. And if deleting a tweet is destroying evidence, then every time someone here deletes an ill-considered post that may have advocated violence, we’d be destroying evidence.

For starters, they’re advocating ignoring or violating any number of federal laws, including several notable portions of the US Constitution, to say nothing of the international Genocide Convention.

At a bare minimum, they’re advocating ethnic cleansing. Or they’re pushing for genocide as defined under US law (18 U.S.C. 1091)

Section 1091 of Title 18, United States Code, prohibits genocide whether committed in time of peace or time of war. Genocide is defined in § 1091 and includes violent attacks with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. There is Federal jurisdiction if the offense is committed within the United States. There is also Federal extraterritorial jurisdiction when the offender is a national of the United States.

This is exactly what they’re advocating.

Oath keepers, who claim to be current/former military/law enforcement, are openly advocating engaging in genocide/ethnic cleansing, and some of these people may still be current law enforcement.

These people are a domestic terror group. This is just more proof.

The deleted tweet is just proof of their intentions/state of mind (they deleted because they knew it was wrong and would bring all kinds of attention down on them).

Addendum:

(4) subjects the group to conditions of life that are intended to cause the physical destruction of the group in whole or in part;
(5) imposes measures intended to prevent births within the group; or
(6) transfers by force children of the group to another group;

Incitement to carry out any of the aforementioned acts is also criminal act under 1091(c). Attempt and conspiracy are covered at 1091(d).
