Additionally, you don’t have to be set up as a charity to defraud someone.
If I say I will give you my car after you pay me, and you pay me, then I don’t give you my car, that’s fraud, even though I’m not a charity.
If I take absentee ballots in NC-9 and promise to deliver them to the ballot box, then throw them away in a Dumpster, that’s election fraud.
Still not seeing the direct correlation to how that applies to GFM.
