A good observation. Honestly, as a more secular minded individual, I’ve always looked at it like this, if my country were facing what Mexico has been, I’d want to be welcome and treated kindly. And I also know random chance is why I’m here to begin with.Being one generation plus doesn’t make me better than first generation Americans at all. It just means my family got here earlier. I’m no better or no worse.
