‘Step-mother’, usually. Mother-in-law, with or without the ‘step’, in this case. Doesn’t sound good no matter how you slice it.

I’m going to assume the stepfather’s wife is not related to Heimbach’s wife. As such, she would not be a “mother-in-law”
