My Iraqi Jewish friends, who address God as Allah when they pray in Judeo-Arabic would be surprised to hear that.

Turns out Baghdad was 1/3 Jewish during WW1. ~10 Jews remain today, either in mixed marriages or too old and stubborn to leave. Other than these people, Saddam Hussein scapegoated the last tiny handful that remained in the 70s after the vast majority left in 1948.
