Kavanaugh has made it crystal clear that he thinks you have to choose between the interests of the woman and the interests of the fetus, and he is going reverse Roe to allow the states to make that choice. Does anyone think Barrett and Gorsuch won’t join him, Alito, and Thomas in reversing Roe?

Hell, some of this questioning makes it clear that if they can find a way to swing it, they’ll blow past overturning Roe and Casey to outright establishing “fetal personhood.”
