Remember 9/11?

Everyone was afraid Arab Americans would be blamed and would be in danger. Except for some loon action here and there that amounted to zero, nothing of the sort happened. Yet many public officials reassured the Arab community- including Obama who wrote about Arab Americans:

Jews are being threatened in every one of these rallies. Synagogues in Chicago have been attacked. I fear loss of life is not out of the realm of possibility.

Has Obama or anyone else said anything about the threats from this violent community toward American Jews? Anything at all?

Like I said, do we REALLY expect it to be much different in the US than the rest of the world?
