This. This doesn’t seem to be new thing: there have been a number of producers and vendors of offensive clothing (and other) items who have gotten called out for it, and their response has usually been the same: yank the offending items from the sites/stores, and issue public “apologies” for showing/selling them.
Of course, the main business principle in operation here seems to be that as long as the profits one gets from selling Nazi/whatever crap isn’t likely to get eaten up by legal costs or lost business, it’s OK.
