Probably realized she got hung out to dry and is trying to roll in search of a deal. Likely won’t take Murdoch down, but may succeed in gutting the News Corp empire enough that he gets cast out anyway.

Well she’s pretty much at the top of the food chain. She’s pretty much 3rd down under Murdoch and son. My guess is that any deal would involve bringing down the Murdochs. Probably more than a few UK politicians as well.
