Is the Rage Furby a Kremlin troll? Quite a few Lizards have speculated about the source of Chuck’s apparently considerable funding, and have been puzzled by it. The people who work as handlers in this kind of operation are not fools at all, which would seem to rule out any chance that they are wasting money on Chuck. However, with the rapid expansion of this activity in recent years, it’s possible that the Russians have had to employ handlers who are not quite as familiar with the subtleties of American media culture as they probably need to be. Such a handler may not realize what a buffoon and laughingstock Chuck really is and may thetefore be taken in.
