Just jumped online here, So what is this stress test that was conducted? I don’t understand how you stress a company and decide its all good. Especially since most of the financial market is based upon two chimpanzes throwing darts against a black board trying to hit a grape.

They probably use something like a climate change model that takes the banks assets as input and runs them against a bunch of possible scenarios to see if the bank can weather (heh) possible economic trouble and remain solvent.
