Someone pointed out the only way Rove and Romney could be so adamant that they won Ohio is if they thought the fix was in.

Someone is missing the obvious: Romney doesn’t want to concede until it’s absolutely clear that he’s lost Ohio. There are provisional ballots, etc. and projections do not come from God.
