It’s not a choice when states like Texas place bounties on women if they leave the state to get an abortion. The concept of “voting with your feet” goes right out the window and in its place is interstate authoritarianism and bounty hunters just like early American slavery.

Could make a very cynical case for violation of Federal authority over interstate commerce though.
