You never caught a game in Fenway itself? For all its quirks and flaws, I love it- there are no signs or signals prompting the crowd to cheer or applaud (I was actually a little disappointed to see something like that in Yankee stadium last year). And although it’s a bit early to contemplate it, I honestly hope that the Bruins will be hosting an outdoor game in Fenway against Montreal next season’s NHL winter classic like what they did with Wrigley on new year’s day….

There are no more passionate, knowledgable and loyal fans in baseball than the denizens of Red Sox Nation. (Granted you could also throw in obnoxious, drunken, boorish, overbearing….).
