Puerto Rico hasn’t even gotten to 100% power restoration. They’ve been at around 95% when last updated on April 5.

And now this?! A single tree knocked out essentially 1/3 of their grid? That’s insane.

UPDATE:
Then again, the big northeast blackout was due to a single feeder power line having a fault (shorting due to contact with a tree) and operators not seeing the problem, and a cascading failure thereafter.
