What is also so fucking stupid about this is that if one has to be homeless doesn’t it make sense to be in a warm climate? Makes it just a little easier to survive. A portion of the homeless population in California is from other states.
Also, what does trump propose to do and how is he going to pay for it?

Our Southern town of about 50,000 has hundreds of homeless sleeping rough—some in tents, some of them families. It’s very possible that we have a higher ratio than the large cities. They’re here because we have at least rudimentary social services—and it’s warm.
Don’t get me started on comparative murder rates.
