Fucker is never getting out of prison, but we’ll need to wait for sentencing for that to be assessed.

Not likely, he is only in his 40s and the average stay in prison for 2nd degree murder in Minnesota is 12.5 years. Unless he gets consecutive sentences he will be out before 60.
