I have a video (TV documentary) that is available from the TV station online. I can view it, but want to download it to keep, but can’t seem to do that.

Can anyone advise the method.

Safari method -> Look up your browser’s activity window while the video is playing. The largest file should be the video, it’ll usually show a partial download in progress because of streaming. Double click that file to download.
