Sane, but very, very hateful.

In Norway, the issue of whether he’s sane or insane is actually very important - because if he’s ruled insane he can be imprisoned for life. If he’s sane, the maximum sentence he can receive is 21 years - but he’ll be eligible for parole after 10 years.
