Pistorius’ defense is bullshit. If what he’s claiming is actually true, I’d still toss his ass in jail for being criminally stupid. Well, if I were a judge, that is.

It’s enough to get his charges knocked down to manslaughter, maybe. But if what he says is true, he still killed somebody.
