Okay, follow-on:
Since the AG has recused himself from the actual investigation, is he still the controlling legal authority in appointing a Special Prosecutor?

Ari Melber was on Lawrence tonight and said the minute Russia is mentioned in anything legal in regards to any component of an investigation, Sessions has to bow out due to his recusal. That is why the letters written had Clinton Emails mentioned as that allowed Sessions to butt into this again and use it to suggest Comey’s dismissal.
Sounds like that is an opening for the Senate and others to work around Sessions.
Just another legal slant on all this.
