I wonder how fast a state like Arizona would move to further antagonize latinos if the civil rights provision were struck down. I think we’re going to see a lot of weird things happen in the next few state legislative elections.

Should be interesting to see who the Dems there run against Brewer in 2014. I would love and I mean love to see Joe Arpaio have to fight to save his job. Arizona I think could be an interesting state to watch in the next elections. Carmona who was Bush’s surgeon general but is a Democrat did really well in that race against Flake.
