NYC and NYS have strong gun laws. PA doesn’t. VA has weak laws. The Iron Pipeline (I95 corridor allows guns to flow into strong gun law states from states with lax laws. We’ve seen this repeatedly.

Majority of guns used in crimes in NYC are from out of NYS.
