Less civilians have died during the Arab Spring than those that died in the ginned up Iraq War.

For now but the Arab spring is just beginning. Only the easy dominoes have fallen so far. Some dictators are going to hold on longer than others. Who knows how long Syria is going to drag on for? We also don’t know about the sectarian violence and power grabs that may occur once there’s a power vacuum. We still have to see Syria, Jordan, Yemen and Iran become free. let’s also not forget our allies in the region; AUE, Bahrain, Saudi, etc. There’s a long ways to go and some of this is going to be messy.
