True points but Walker has at least the record of having won statewide in WI. I think Ryan, all you really need to know about him is he’s never pursued the Senate or Governorship in Wisconsin. I think Ryan knows his appeal is limited to his congressional district and Ayn Rand fans. Ryan also is not running for president. His star I think really waned after losing with Mitt.

I guess my point is that Walker doesn’t even guarantee WI. He would have to fight for it. This is not great way to start. Of course, Jeb doesn’t have a lock on Florida or Christie on NJ. Perry may have Texas locked up, but that really doesn’t help him too much. I really don’t see Walker adding much to a national election.
