A long sports/duffel bag doesn’t necessarily look like it’s holding guns. And nobody in a hotel is going to pay attention to somebody in an elevator with a bag like that. You could either have ALL of the guns in bags in your car, and just take the bags up one at a time, because nobody’s going to count how many times you take a bag to your room without taking a bag OUT of your room.

Put DND on your door, and you have all the time in the world to set up.

Also, the elevators may well have direct access to the parking garage. I’d imagine they have security cameras in the elevators, but who’s going to look at a sports bag? Sports bags are as common as hell.
