I’m starting to think that Preznit Kramden doesn’t even remember what he says from day to day.

I wonder if he knows what he says minute by minute. How many times does he repeat the same words in an answer two or more times?

At first I thought he did it in the huckster manner of pounding a point over and over to sell it. Now I am thinking he has no idea what he just said so out it comes again.
