This is kind of a weird story. A guy claims that he ran into Papapdopoulos in a bar in Chicago, and he told the guy that Sessions knew about his contacts with the Russians and encouraged them.

I’d dismiss it entirely if it weren’t for Papadolpoulos’ propensity for mouthing off in bars.
