Well, Just got off the phone with my MIL. She was looking for recipes for Clay Pot Cookers (Yes, we have one). Suggested she log on and register not only for advice/recipes (Reine ?) but for general conversation as well. This should be fun if she does.

Soak it for a half hour or so, fill it with chopped onions, garlic, bell pepper (and a jalapeno), throw in a whole fish, douche it with soy sauce, fish sauce, a splash of rice vinegar, a couple of tablespoons of Asian garlic chili sauce, and maybe a cup or so of water. Put the lid on it and stick it in the oven at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes.
