As has already been mentioned the witness was 8 rows away, not 18.
The Mom said the man told her to shut that n*****r baby up. She said to him…“What did you say?”

At that point she claims he drunkenly fell into her face and whispered something even worse in her ear. That is when he proceeded to slap the baby.

There was plenty of time for the witness to hear racial the slur, make it back to the seat to see him slap that baby.

Also, not his first offense for drunken misbehavior.

12 rows. Not 8. see the affidavit’s item 7 here. Yes, I was incorrect in saying 1 and 18. The actual rows are 16 and 28.

And that is beside the point. The point is the man is not yet convicted.

Apparently I’m not making myself clear enough.

Even if the witness had been in the adjacent seat, firing this man for the allegation is wrong. Destroying his life over just the accusation is wrong.

Because if it’s right then it is right to use innuendo and false accusation to destroy someone.

If it’s right, then Breitbart’s video-editors are right. James O’Keefe is right.

And I think that’s wrong.
