I bow to your greater legal knowledge, but would point out that their defense would likely center on not demanding Muslims be KILLED, but rather DEPORTED. LOTS of OTHER laws broken, but not Genocide, unless I’m missing something.

It’s a bit of a rubbish defence though, given they specifically used the word “eliminate”. Not much wiggle-room there, as opposed to if they said “get rid of”. “Eliminate” on the hand, sounds like, well, eliminationist language.
