So I wanted to make more homemade apple butter but dreaded all that apple peeling. Ordered a gizmo that just allowed me to peel, core, and slice a dozen apples in about 5 minutes. It is da bomb.

That’s ingenious! But could it still work on apples that are bumpy or misshapen? Asking because I have wild apple trees near my home (they’ve been kind of dormant the past few years, but I have such fond memories of the bumper crop they put out before that and the apple crisp I was able to make *sigh*)
