They’re forecasting sustained winds in excess of 100 km/h (60 mph) with gusts up to about 120 km/h (75 mph) and up to 160 km/h (100 mph) winds up in the mountains at elevations above 1900 feet.

That’s pretty hardcore for this part of the world. We don’t get windstorms like that too often.

Yeah I don’t think of the CR when I think of windstorms for sure.
