So when is the same going to be asked of literally every GOP pol with the same brand of scandal? When is Dem calls for contrition, conciliation, and actual consequence not going to be treated as proof of party-wide guilt, while persistent DARVO means inoculation of blame for the GOP? When is the standard going to prevent Moores rather than protect them?

Yes, I know the answer is probably ‘never’. But it’s a fucking question that needs to be asked of the media at this point, because fuck all.

I think we are going to see a lot of GOP politicians told to retire by voters next November. The GOP’s support for Trump and Moore is going to help Democrats a lot with energized women voters and women candidates for office.
