I should warn you, the pork seasoning is actually more sweet than salty. It’s still really good, but it may affect the way you use it, and I wouldn’t want to recommend something that wouldn’t taste good.

Come to think of it, I should put in some of my meat rub recipes for the next Lizard Cookbook.

Sweet is fine.
