That’s a reminder of how the GOP loves to claim that they want to get rid of unwarranted and unneeded regulations, when it comes to everything but abortion.

Strike down environmental regulations? The GOP is for that.
Strike down VRA/CRA regs? The GOP is for that too.

Both of those are necessary, but the GOP is against them.

But hey, there’s this TRAP law that purports to solve a problem that doesn’t exist, but would otherwise eliminate abortion clinics from most of a given state? Yeah, let’s do that.

Unconstitutional, with an extra dose of RBG bitch-slapping Texas for good measure.
