He mentions that Powerline has soured on Rand too. It’s going to take a while for the average wingnut to catch up with reality but there are signs that it’s beginning to sink in.

The next question is: What does that do to conservatism? My hope would be that some-otherwise wingnuts find the courage to collectively do a William F. Buckley and read Ron & Rand Paul out of the conservative movement. Not sure how likely that is, but it would be helpful.

As for Rand’s ‘exhaustion’, that’s what celebrities use to hide the fact that they took drugs and had a bad trip. Find a better excuse, you far-right loon.
