The people on that thread are pissed because they MUST GET medical insurance. Tyranny!!11ty!! And they try to draw parallels between the ACA, the Nazi takeover of Germany, the Holocaust and/or the Stamp Act.

When I asked questions or suggested reality, trying to be reasonable and shit, one guy blocked me, another called me cupcake, and another a dickwad. It’s like trying to talking to a playground full of 12-year-olds, except most 12-year-olds eventually grow up and become useful members of society.

The number of people who will not have to get insurance is distressingly high. There is a list of exceptions, most of which will keep the working poor out of the program in states that did not extend Medicaid. Governors in those states have effectively barred the very people the ACA was designed for.
