We do a bunch of the common ones here in Baja Alabama. Our basil escaped from the pot this year and started growing in the cracks in the patio pavers. Rosemary bushes last 10 years or so.

I’ve got raised beds for tomatoes. If I can get organized (and not get locked down by being overly fussy about planning) I’d want to put in more beds just for herbs.

I’ve wanted to cook more Mexican and Thai stuff, so I’m thinking of planting with those cuisines in mind. Papalo, acuyo, the various Thai basils.
