Even Virginia Beach went blue. All the time I was stationed there, and afterward I’d never seen that. That’s Rev. Pat Robertson’s stomping grounds. The original home of Blackwater/XE/Academi (named after the Blackwater Borough of Va. Beach). Lots of high-ranked military retirees.
