I’m of the mind that that’s the quickest way to impeachment for Trump: pardoning he’s kids as soon as they’re indicted. I still feel like that would be a red line for a lot of Republicans - Trump blatantly abusing the power of his office to save his kids/business. Especially because I can gaurandamntee that he won’t wait for the normal DOJ process, he’ll be writing them out on napkins if he has to.

Would the SDNY be looking into this? So Trump cannot pardon?
