He lived near(ish) to me. And he killed a friend of mine. I didn’t find that out for years. It was a guy my friend had dated (about a year before he disappeared). He was in our circle of fiends.

Damn.

I know Gacy officially killed 33, but he’s suspected in more unsolved disappearances/homicides. Gacy himself told the authorities he killed 45, but he might’ve been bullshitting - but then again, he might’ve been telling the truth, at least on that.
