Good point. What Gawker was doing with said Mole was largely a publicity stunt in an almost light hearted manner. News Corpse, which includes Fox News, was engaged in wide spread rampant phone hacking, bribes and other illegal activity in the UK. This activity violated the right to privacy of British citizens including family members of the war dead. There is no moral or ethical equivalency here.

And apparently not only over in the UK; isn’t there some investigations going on over here involving some hinky shit News Corp. units have been pulling?
