Every time I start thinking that I would like to prepare more vegan meals, PETA does something stupid and I have to make chicken or burgers or pizza.

I am a non-meat eater. My birth —just the way I am. I don’t care what other people eat.

That being said, we are omnivores. A varied diet is best, IMHO.

I think most diet related health problems stem from a lack of variety. When people get stuck in their routines and favorite foods and don’t venture out outside that realm, it can be a problem.

That a a consistent diet that comes from a window.
