Money and corporations also have more rights than women. Women have no rights that a white man is bound to respect. This is the tragic result of the failure to ratify the ERA.

Under this court, the ERA would have provided NO protection. After all the 15th amendment did not provide any protection against voter restrictions that prevented blacks from voting in the South for decades or that protect their rights to vote today against an onslaught of new legislation targeting them.
