The powers that be in commerce and government seem to be pushing hard the idea that Barrett Brown’s re-publishing your emails was fair use. They are not going to say it quite that way, but it’s crystal clear they want easy access to everyone’s emails too, ASAP, for any purpose they can think of, even before they think it. Text msgs too.
