That’s too bad because we really need Congressional action on this. The EPA is taking its mandate to regulate GHG very seriously - too seriously, in my opinion, some of the monitoring they are suggesting in my industry are way, way beyond what is realistically needed.

Huh? We need a hell of a lot more action on GHGs than we’re actually going to get. What are you basing your calculation of what’s ‘realistically needed’ on?
