I’d be down with that. She’s served in both Obama and W Bush’s administrations.

Downside: 45 administration would frame the prosecution as ‘driven by revenge’ for Yates being dismissed.

That said - if there’s anyone I’d like to see with subpoena power over 45, it would be Yates.
